Fisher Price has great customer service. Angelie's baby swing has a motorized mobile on it, which plays music, flashes lights, and makes fishies swing. A few weeks ago the fishies stopped swimming. I called Fisher Price and spoke to a slow-speaking Southern gentleman (I seriously wanted to finish his sentences for him, that's how sowly he spoke), and the company is sending me a replacement part free of charge, and ask only that I send the broken part back in the same box which they'll pay the postage on.

It pays to complain, nicely.
