Angelie had her first swimming lesson today!

It went so well. I walked in thinking I was late and there were no other babies in sight. I thought to myself "oh oh, wrong day". But it wasn't the wrong day. There was supposed to be one other baby but they never showed up. So Angelie had a private swimming lesson. She loved it. She even dunked her face a couple of times, by accident, and it didn't bother her at all.

We did a splashing game to the tune of "if you're happy and you know it", just me and the instructer singing, in a pool full of seniors doing a workout. Then she floated on a foam raft, then in a boat. Then she floated on her back and her tummy. We did "blastoffs" from the side of the pool so she could get used to the movement in the water. She jumped off the side of the pool, and went down a baby slide. Then splashed with toys boats and under the fountain in the warm baby pool. She didn't even mind the shower to rinse off the chlorine after.

Now she so tired from her workout she's napping.
