My first Mother's Day! Angelie woke us up at 6:30 (after having slept from 12:30am -- yay!), because she was just so excited to give me presents. She helped me open them too, big help! Ed claims she went out on her own and since she looked like she knew where she was going he let her go; she came back a few hours later dragging shopping bags behind her. She's got great taste. Bought me some nice clothes, though the leg length in the pants was too long everything else fit perfectly. I guess to a one year old even I look tall!

We had a lovely morning, going out to breakfast with Ed's parents and grandmother after church. Then a quiet afternoon at home (we all took naps) and then back over to their house for dinner.

Grandma found this little car at a garage sale. Angelie seems to like it and can even drive backwards. Steering and forward motion will come later:
