Today we went for a nice walk with Grandma, Grandpa, and great-Nana (and her dog Leo) in the fall leaves. The path passed over a bridge over a muddy stream and Angelie tried so hard to talk Grandma into letting her go for a swim. She almost managed it when she and Grandma took a slippery slide down the muddy bank. Poor Grandma finished the walk with a muddy bum. After we got her away from the water, Angelie caught on to the scrunching leaves pretty quickly and was soon walking off the path to make as much noise as possible.



After we got back to Grandma and Grandpa's house, Angelie helped raked leaves in the backyard. Then Grandma showed her how to jump in them. (I actually got a picture of that, with Grandma's muddy bum and all, but I'll be nice to Grandma and not post it!)
