Three needles in two days, but Angelie is a real trooper.

I took her for a flu shot Tuesday at the free clinic. She sat on my lap and the nurse put the needle into her thigh, and Angelie didn't move, distracted by the children across the table from her. Then when the nurse depressed the plunger, injecting the vaccine, then Angelie began to cry. But only for about 30 seconds, and then she was fine. And she stayed fine. My arm was killing me from my own shot, but Angelie's leg didn't bother her at all.

Brave girl.
