We've been preparing Angelie for Easter for quite some time. Several months ago, probably around Valentine's Day when stores started stocking their Easter supplies, she saw a yellow Easter basket in Zellers and wanted it. I told her no but that the Easter Bunny would probably bring her a basket. After that, every time we saw an Easter basket in any store Angelie would tell me "Easter Bunny bring me one."

Well, of course, the Easter Bunny did bring her one... and lots and lots of chocolate.

Easter chocolate not just for breakfast anymore. Angelie ate too much chocolate, not just in the morning before breakfast, but also when she found more chocolate eggs hidden at Grandma's house. She was awake until almost midnight. Wired! Bouncing off the walls, couldn't sit still. Ed and I couldn't help but laugh, as exhausted as we were by it all, because it really wasn't her fault.

Here's a photo of Angelie "making cards". At the playgroup we often go to, Angelie made a card for her Daddy for Valentine's Day. Ever since then she wants to make them (cut, glue, and scribble) all the time.
